Vista Terrace is an affordable housing development in Panorama City. The 113,000-square-foot project consists of a four-story Type V over Type I building with 102 total units. The 21,300-square-foot parking garage provides 55 parking spaces. Amenities include a community room, fitness room, laundry facilities, recreational areas, and an onsite management office.

Morley provided concrete subcontracting services for the project, totaling 3,121 cubic yards. Scope of work consisted of foundations, slab-on-grade, columns, walls, and elevated deck.
