The Arlington is a new 100% affordable family housing development in the Arlington Heights neighborhood of Los Angeles. The 104,000-square-foot project consists of new construction of a Type V, slab-on-grade, four-story building with 84 units. The ground level includes 1,700 square feet of retail space, resident amenities, and a surface parking lot. The project is targeting LEED Gold certification.

Morley Construction Company is providing concrete subcontracting services for the project, totaling 1,200 cubic yards. Scope of work includes 30-inch deep continuous and spread footings, 5-inch-thick slab-on-grade, and elevator pit wall and slab.
