The five-story, Type III wood-framed apartment building over a Type I raised podium also features two levels of subterranean parking and a community space. The common space includes onsite property management offices, community rooms, community laundry facility, central courtyard, and a landscaped roof terrace.

Morley Construction Company provided concrete subcontracting services for the project, totaling 5,500 cubic yards.
