Together California Children’s Village is a 46,369 -square-foot foster housing development co-founded by actor Christian Bale. The project includes six detached duplex townhomes, providing 12 units—each designed with four bedrooms for foster children and one bedroom for a full-time foster parent. Two additional studio apartments offer flexible housing for young adults transitioning out of foster care. The development includes a 7,100-square-foot community center.

The project’s structural concrete scope consists of conventional strip foundations and slab-on-grade associated with the construction of seven new two-story structures totaling 1,140 cubic yards.
