The Carlton is a 51,000-square-foot affordable housing development in South Los Angeles. The project consists of construction of a new four-story Type III over Type I apartment building with 60 total units–30 studios, 15 one-bedrooms, 15 two-bedrooms, and one market-rate manager unit. The target population includes permanent supportive housing for transitional youth homeless individuals and low-income families. The project is targeting LEED Gold certification.

Morley Construction Company is providing structural concrete subcontracting services for the project consisting of mat slab foundation, columns, site biofiltration planters, and an elevated podium deck.
