1902 Wilshire is an eight-story mixed-use development incorporating 6,200 square feet of ground-floor commercial space and four levels of subterranean parking. The Type III over Type I building totals 210,870 square feet and will provide 140 units. The 80,800-square-foot parking garage will provide 191 parking stalls and 165 bike stalls. The project is targeting LEED Silver certification.

Morley Construction Company is providing concrete subcontracting services for the project totaling 7,050 cubic yards of concrete. Scope of work includes structural foundation, slab-on-grade, elevated decks, and slab-on-metal decks.
