Century + Restorative Care Village Phase 1

The Century + Restorative Care Village project is a 120,700-square-foot affordable housing development in the Lincoln Heights neighborhood of East Los Angeles. Phase I brings 146 units to Los Angeles General Medical Center’s Restorative Care Village, as well as shared community spaces, a 12-bed peer respite facility, and onsite supportive services. The six-story, Type III over Type I building features ground level parking and amenities such as a community room, therapy-wellness center, residential services, laundry rooms, community garden, and outdoor galleries.

 

Morley provided concrete subcontracting services for the project, totaling 5,188 cubic yards. Scope included foundations, columns, slab-on-grade, deck, parapet walls, pilasters, and one set of cast-in-place stairs.
