WREN is a large mixed-use development on six acres in Los Angeles’ South Park district. The development features 362 apartment units in five stories of wood-framed housing, two levels of metal stud framed housing, and two levels of subterranean parking. It includes a community-serving public park and retail space on the corner of Pico Boulevard and Olive Street. Amenities include double-height lofts, private patios, and a porte-cochere between the two residential lobbies. An array of conveniences are available in this pet-friendly development including dog runs and a dog wash center.

Morley Construction Company provided concrete subcontracting services for the project, totaling 15,500 cubic yards.
