The Skechers Headquarters campus expansion includes new construction of a two-story, Type II commercial office building above a three-level subterranean parking garage with 176 parking stalls totaling 107,300 gross square feet. Located on Pacific Coast Highway, the 36,000-square-foot office building features floor-to-ceiling glass with a combination of exposed concrete and metal panels on its exterior façade. The project’s structural concrete scope consists of pad and strip foundations, columns, slab-on-grade, and elevated decks totaling 7,000 cubic yards of concrete.
