Morley Construction Company provided concrete subcontracting services for the Sheraton Delfina (formerly The Holiday Inn Bayview), located near downtown Santa Monica. The hotel remained in operation throughout the extensive construction process. New construction included the addition of 135 rooms on 10 levels as well as interior improvements to the existing hotel.
